Mall Visitor Waiver
By entering or using B8 Marketplace facilities and this digital mall experience, visitors agree to use common areas, entrances, corridors, stairs, lifts and other facilities with reasonable care and to follow posted signs and lawful directions from mall management or security.
- Keep personal belongings, bags, devices and purchases secure and under your control.
- Report hazards, accidents, suspicious activity or damaged facilities to mall management or security as soon as reasonably possible.
- Children and persons requiring assistance should remain appropriately supervised.
- Visitors are responsible for their own conduct and for damage they intentionally or negligently cause.
Nothing in this notice limits any right, duty or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Car Park Waiver
Use of the B8 Marketplace car park is subject to posted signs, traffic controls and reasonable safety rules. Drivers remain responsible for their vehicle, passengers and property while using the parking area.
- Lock your vehicle and do not leave cash, devices or other valuables visible inside.
- Drive slowly, obey directional signs, use designated spaces and keep access lanes clear.
- Do not leave a vehicle in a manner that creates a hazard or obstructs emergency, loading or accessible areas.
- Report collisions, damage or security incidents promptly to mall management/security and, where appropriate, the relevant authorities or insurer.
Parking is used at the driver's own risk except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
Shopping & Platform Waiver
This B8 Marketplace digital platform helps customers discover and contact participating businesses, submit orders or enquiries, arrange pickup/delivery where available, and access connected services. Individual tenants remain responsible for the products and services they offer unless a checkout or written confirmation clearly states otherwise.
- Product descriptions, prices, stock, menus, service availability, warranties, returns and fulfilment are subject to the participating merchant's confirmation and policies.
- Review your order, contact details, pickup/delivery information and special instructions before submitting.
- Prices, availability and fulfilment estimates may change before a merchant confirms the transaction.
- Use only the payment or checkout route displayed by the platform or confirmed by the merchant. Never share passwords, PINs or security answers.
- Pickup and delivery timing may depend on the merchant, customer readiness, traffic and the assigned delivery/driver service.
- B8.AI provides the digital technology layer and does not by itself guarantee a tenant's product quality, inventory, service performance or fulfilment.
Nothing in this notice removes consumer rights or other protections that apply by law.
